Downtown Dubai is Emaar's flagship development and Dubai's commercial and tourist core. Residential towers face either Burj Park or the Burj Lake fountain show, and Dubai Mall sits at the southern edge. Apartments here trade at a premium for the view, the address, and proximity to DIFC — the financial district immediately to the north.
