Terms of Service

1. Who can use PocketProp

PocketProp is built for licensed real estate agents and property managers operating in Dubai, UAE. You must be 18 or older, hold the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and provide accurate professional information when you sign up.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Keep your password secure. Notify us at support@pocketprop.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the listings, contacts, documents, and other content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and display that content as needed to provide the features you use. We do not sell or commercially exploit your content.

You must have the right to upload anything you upload. Do not upload content that infringes someone else’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights, or that violates UAE law (including the Personal Data Protection Law).

Third-party personal data & documents. Where you upload personal data or identifying documents about another person — an owner, tenant, or buyer — including, but not limited to, names, contact details, Emirates ID, passport, visa, title deed, Ejari, and NOC copies, you confirm that you have that person’s consent and a lawful basis under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (and any other law that applies to you) to collect, upload, and share it through the Service. As between you and PocketProp, you are the controller of that personal data and PocketProp processes it on your behalf to provide the features you use. You will not upload data you obtained unlawfully, and you will delete it when your lawful basis ends. You indemnify PocketProp against any claim arising from personal data you uploaded without the necessary consent or lawful basis.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or deceive anyone.
• Scrape, mass-export, or resell other agents’ listings, contact information, or activity.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, encryption, or rate-limit controls.
• Send unsolicited bulk messages to property owners or tenants through any feature of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or build a competing product using data extracted from it.

5. WhatsApp messaging

Where the Service exposes WhatsApp messaging features, you agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Message content sent through our integration is logged for delivery and debugging purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are presented at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice; existing periods are not retroactively re-priced.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep PocketProp available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows or experience outages. We aim to communicate planned downtime in advance via email or in-app notice.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. PocketProp does not guarantee any specific commercial outcome (e.g. number of leads, deals closed, listings sold).

Market data drawn from the Dubai Land Department open dataset is provided for informational purposes. We display it as accurately as their API allows, but we are not responsible for upstream data gaps, mistakes, or delays.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketProp’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@pocketprop.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app banner. Your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts (or, where applicable to your relationship with us, the DIFC courts).
